Our journey began in 2011 over coffee in a shop in Columbus, Ohio, where we discussed the lives of African coffee farmers and workers. This sparked a passion for supporting those who meticulously pick cherry beans under the sun to sustain their families, particularly the resilient women whose hard work often goes unnoticed. Our travels led us to Machakos, Kenya, where small-scale coffee farms became the cornerstone of our dream, allowing us to appreciate the dedication involved in harvesting organic beans.
